Didn't resolve my issue but was cheap enough to try. my issue on a dryer not blowing heat was the thermal fuse, the easiest part to get2 on the back of the dryer!

AVOID this capacitor
I would avoid(if it's even possible) motor start capacitors made in China. Mine lasted 1 year.
