Can this make you gain weight?

It has actually helped me lose weight. I am in peri menopause and I have found it difficult to take off the excess weight that comes with this stage in life. I have definitely noticed a difference when I take these not only with my weight but with my mood as well as an improvement with my hormonal acne. It helps with the excess estrogen.
