On the third day of using these drops my tinnitus that I had had for at least four years was completely gone. It did come back on day four and five but on day six it was gone again. So it won't get rid of it permanently. But it does make a difference. Some days the ringing in my ear would be at a two or three (On a 10 scale) all the time and now most days is just at a one so it has decreased it Update: after using this product for a few months it never gets completely rid of ringing anymore, but it does keep it at a bearable one or two on a 10 scale, so I do think it is a good product if you use it regularly.

I did not like the oily feel of Ring Relief Ear Drops in my ears and found no relief from the ringing in my ear.
