The cookies were cracked, discolored, and stuck together.
When I ordered these Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies I wanted the same seller as the previous time I ordered this product, so I clicked, "Buy Again" (with that seller's name indicated right there under the picture of the cookies). Unfortunately, this time the cookies came from a different seller based in a different State, whereas the first order was shipped from a seller in NJ, which is close to me. This was an important consideration when I ordered, due to the chocolate in the product and its tendency to melt during shipping. This time around, the chocolate was mottled and faded. The cookies were broken and stuck together. The boxes had softened and looked as though they'd been smashed into the seller's freezer. A complete waste that ended up in the trash. One more thing: These were made by "Little Brownie" bakers whereas the first order had been ABC Bakers, which is what I had received previously, and expected this time. I won't do this again unless Amazon indicates on the item exactly which baking company produces it and the origin of shipper.

Girl Scout Thin Mints
Girl Scout Thin Mints - I purchased 3 boxes, they are my favorite. And pretty much everyone I know too. They are dark chocolate, crispy, mildly minty cookies. YUM Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). Those numbers used to fluctuate over time - up and down but I noticed that they stopped updating regularly - perhaps to phase them out. It's a shame because it did help you see who has been around the longest and who is a trustworthy reviewer. I've been doing reviews for over 25 years with Amazon - over 6,000 reviews posted, those reviews have been viewed well over 50,000 times, including well over 25,000 likes. Bottom line, I pay for all my stuff, just like you do.

Disgusting
Cookies were disgusting. Soft, crumbly, some nothing but crumbs. Inedible and a waste of money

A bit stale and some were crushed
Girl Scout thin mint cookies are my very favorite cookies in the whole world. I spent a fortune on ordering three boxes. Instead of being boxed in a cardboard box like many of my orders come from Amazon, these were wrapped up in one of those heavy plastic grey bags and one of the boxes was crushed at the bottom and some of the cookies had crumbled. I ate them all anyway… Of course, they’re thin mint cookies made by the Girl Scouts. Who wouldn’t eat them even though they are crumpled a bit and stale.? And it was past cookie season time anyway, having ordered them in April. I live in a small rural community where it is hard to find Thin Mints, so it is great to know you can order them from Amazon. Amazon should send them in a cardboard box like they do with most of their other products to prevent breakage and crumbling of cookies. I think I’m going to have to start experimenting and make it my own recipe for thin mints! Wish me luck ;-)
