Happy with the fabric and fit although a bit looser than expected. Only washed once, so no pill as reported by others so far. I returned 4 of the 5 pairs I purchased as unhappy with the mid-thigh length. Prefer length closer to top of knee.

I'm 5' 2" 130 lbs and tried the extra small. They're *quite* tight but I can still get them on (which is the important part haha). The inseam is about 6" (lying flat, unstretched) which is perfect for wearing under shorter dresses or longer shirts. I like the high cotton and spandex content and wish that more bike shorts were like that instead of being polyester, etc. I also wish these came in more sizes (like a small) because if I gain any weight I won't be able to fit into them anymore!
