Small portions
It was packed fresh with oil. It wasn't dry. My kids loved it and want more but it's a small portion. Very small, like a 3 x3 box. That's the only thing. Tasted like smoke salmon, seasoned fairly good. The texture was like jersey but not hard to chew.

Didn't meet expectations
It wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be, lot of liquid. As it turns out I used it in a smoked salmon dip and maybe the recipe was off it was just okay

Fantastic in flavor, texture ans taste
Bought this as a gift for a friend that loves salmon in all forms and I got to taste it as well. It is fantastic. So flavorful and delicious. Great gift to give and receive. This will make a wonderful gift for any salmon lover on your list. I decided to give food items as gift in 2014 and this salmon did not disappoint. Will order more as holiday gifts in 2015. So glad I found this.
