Phiten Titanium Power Tape Discs

Very easy to use dots. I use for my aches and pains that come with getting old. I put a couple on my back when I have issues and they help. Not immediately but it’s a gradual relief and it really helps me. They are very durable staying on for days I like them and have been using them when needed for years. I tried them after my daughter recommended them after her years of playing sports and they helped her with her own aches and pains

These little discs are a lifesaver! I put them anywhere I have localized pain and they work almost instantly. I have a 10+ year old foot injury and I use these on top of my foot when it flares up. I don’t need any OTC pain medicine if I remember to use these. They stay on for days, even in the shower. They are a great value for how many you get in a pack. I always have some on hand!

I'm pleasantly surprised that these work. My daughter bowls and the shop at the bowling alley had them. The clerk gave her a sample pack. I ordered the strips, too, She's using them on her shoulder when bowling. She says they really help.

Live with it. Had never pain on back of neck for 3 years. First two years, lube with the pain. Found this product in Japan and used it ever since. Only needed one patch for the pain and relieve within hours. The patch can stay on you for weeks without issue as well. Try not to put many as start. Might cause some dizzy spell, at least I have encounter that few times.

I ordered these after reading all the reviews and still being very skeptical. After an accident which left me with a grade 2 tear to my MCL and bone bruises all around my knee, I was in constant pain. I went back to the doctor after 5 weeks and was still in a lot of pain even though the MCL side had started to get better. Apparently, bone bruises (which are actually small interior fractures) are very painful and can take a very long time to heal (we are talking months). I figured I only had a small money investment to waste. My pain was very "point" driven and these seemed to be a good option. So, I put them on as soon as I got them expecting nothing. Well, I have to say I was shocked at how the pain lessened greatly within 15 minutes or so. They stayed on through showers and normal wear. I'm happy to say I am now "dot" free as my pain is not constant anymore and I can manage any flare up with a dot or two. I also bought the tape but did not experience the same relief. The dots have a black backing which goes on the skin while the tape does not. Again, I'm not sure of how this science works but it helped me! I bought another set as back up.

Easy to apply. I notice a difference when using them.

Still trying to understand what this does and how different I should feel - don't quite know yet.

I am very happy with the product . I use it to help with muscle pain. They work well.
