These strips attach well to your nose and help keep your airways open even during while using a CPAP mask and having pollen allergies. The adhesive on these strips is much better quality than the value pack sold at Costco since those strips peeled off my skin by morning. The adhesive also isn’t so irritating to my skin and pretty simple to remove carefully without leaving a residue on my nose. The lavender smell is nice and not overpowering. If anything I wish the smell was stronger and lasted longer, but the subtle scent is probably better for most people. Good purchase!

I've been using Breathe Right Strips for years...decades even.And in my mind, they are still the absolute best that the industry has to offer.I've tried many other brands in an attempt to get a better quality strip or to find something that was as good but perhaps a little cheaper. But I've been unable to do so, and really it's not even close. Breathe Right remains the King.I definitely don't get as good of a night's sleep without these. While again, I've tried other strips, these promote the best sleep.And I love the lavender scent combined with the 50% extra strength. I like the lavender and I like the extra 50%.They can be a little tricky to remove from the nose if you have thin or sensitive skin in that area. If that ever happens to me, I try to put a little piece of Kleenex or something on the sensitive area before I apply the strip at night. And I always wash my nose before I put the strip on just to make sure I have good adhesion.I have recommended these to everybody I know. Most people, for whatever reason, are resistant to try them. I feel like these would help pretty much everybody sleep better. If you're not using them, buy a box and try them for a few weeks. See if you don't notice that you get a better night's sleep. I'd be surprised if you didn't.My dad happens to be an ENT. Despite being a doctor, I don't think he knew much about these early on--I mean they don't require a prescription or anything.But after a few years, he started recommending Breathe Right strips to his patients. He recommended them to me, although I was already using them though LOL! But I think he recommends them to people for snoring.Personally, I like them just because I feel like I sleep and breathe so much better when I use them. Does it help my storing? Maybe a little. I feel like I would definitely snore more without them.This is one of the absolute best products available here on Amazon.Highly recommended!

Works great, like the scent! My only issue is the adhesive was so strong, it essentially peeled off some skin with it! The bridge of my nose was red and irritated after 1wk of usage. I don't think I would use it on a regular basis for that reason.

I can’t believe what a small but mighty product can do to help with my congestion. I occasionally have allergies that stuff up my sinuses and I end up sleeping with my mouth open just to breathe. These strips work perfectly for this problem. Also, they really stick when you apply them. I didn’t want to have them fall off, which they didn’t. When I wear them I actually don’t feel them -they are that comfortable.

These really work to help you breath better. It smells nice and calming. The downfall is that if you do skincare these will not stick to your skin. If you don’t have anything on your skin and you put these on they will be so hard and hurt to come off in the morning. Really loved this but can’t find a middle ground with that issue.

Breathe Right strips may not always stop my snoring but they do open up my airways and allow me to sleep better. No more dry mouth, no more waking up suddenly needing a drink. Just sound sleep! These strips are durable, and really stick, unlock knock off brands that come loose half-way through the night! The size and fit are perfect for adult use and the lavender smell helps me drift off to dream land! Can't/Won't sleep without them!

If you had told me how well nasal strips work for the chronically congested, deviated septum, or just mouth breathers out there, I wouldn't have believed you.Until I bought these mostly out of curiosity and a little out of the fact that my fiance is upset with my not so quiet sleeping.These are a nice lavender smell, and stay smelling pretty much the entire night. It's not overwhelming at all nor is it distracting. I never could breath well through my nose when I was laying down, it made me feel like I was suffocating. But these make it nice and easy to do and do those breathing exercises to help you relax and fall asleep.Placement matters, people! Pay attention to the instructions, don't put them too high or too low on your nose or else they won't be as efficient at opening up your nares.Oh, and also, these are sticky like non other. Could probably use them as a hair waxer if you wanted to, so if you have sensitive skin, heat them up a bit before pulling them off (makes it 10x easier and better for your skin). For you down in the dirt, rough people out there, just rip it off your nose. Doesn't leave any adhesive or marks on your nose, just pulls on the skin a bit when taking it off that way.

Not sticky enough for half my face! I’ve been having congestion only in my right nostril and nothing is really working, especially at night so I thought I’d try these breathe right strips. Well, I cleaned my face with my regular face wipes and the darn strip kept coming off on the right side only. I used makeup remover, cleaned my face thoroughly, tried again with another strip but it still came unstuck only on the right side. Left side held like a dream! Too bad it doesn’t work with only one side stuck and the other unstuck. I tried with 4 strips and I think I got it to stick to both sides of my nose for a combined 3 seconds total. I’ll try the extra strength, but these were not worth the effort for me.
