Black Donkey Coffee Roasters - 100 Nespresso Compatible Coffee Capsules (SUPREMO)

Coffee is OK. Nothing special or anything I would go out of my way ordering again.Not bad, but not amazing either.Capsules are well constructed for the Nespresso machines. Had 0 failures which is really nice.However they are plastic and not recyclable.

Advertised to fit my coffee machine but fall straight through when placed in the press. If you are very careful you can just about time it right and get them to stay and then they taste okay. Not great, just okay. But if you own a Magimix Citiz machine you're going to want to avoid these. Not worth the trouble.

I prefer my coffee black and strong, after lots of searches I came across this one. Good value for money but more of an afternoon smooth coffee for me. Its similar to the Lavazza coffees. My fav coffee pods are the iLys but more expensive so decided to try these. Would buy again but not my fav for a strong coffee

Strength is fine when left for 2 minutes and then squeezed on removal. Bought for use as my first drink of the day and it does what I want it to do. Compares well with Taylor’s in my opinion, and at a fair price.A

Coffee taste and price point great. However capsules appear to be a poor fit for Nespresso machine therefore much of the water escapes around the pod into the drip tray so watch for overflows. Worse is that you are then often left with a very small cup of coffee.

I lost track of how many times I have ordered these pods. I can’t find a better coffee here.

Having recently spend a small fortune on a Nespresso Creatista coffee machine, I was keen to explore alternative options to Nespresso's own pods, which are not the cheapest!I took a punt on these Black Donkey Coffee Roasters, which themselves are not the cheapest out there, and was delighted with the results. Both produced bold, strong flavoured coffees, with the black capsules adding a shade more intensity which is great first thing in the morning! They work fine in the Nespresso machine too, which was probably my biggest hesitancy about the purchase.I'll certainly be re-ordering when stocks are low and would wholeheartedly recommend.

first of all the flavour is fine delivery was great, price was right, but my krupps machine has started to leak water when i use these particular pods so not happy at all this does not happen when i use aldi or amazon own pods so this might have been a bad choice of supplier on my part, i notice the design of the actual pods is different to normal coffee pods used by other suppliers , by the way my machine is only six months old
