The absorbency works well unless you have a heavy flow also if you are more active I would suggest not using the regular size and go up a few sizes however light flow days these are heaven and perfect for on the go no mess protection

These are one of my favorite tampons. Not only does it have the absorbency but the braided end makes it super easy for removal and stops any leaks (within reason) from happening. Definitely a top pick, coming from someone who has tried nearly every type of tampon brand.

I always buy these tampons and I LOVE them, they work super well and I have a massive stash of them in my desk..in the bathroom...in my backpack...pretty much everywhere. I suggest this brand! Plastic applicator is so easy and isn't annoying for me at all.

These tampons are easy to use, don't leave you with messy fingers and don't hurt to put in or take out. They are really situationally better and more discreet sometimes than using a cup, applicator-free tampon, or pad.

Do exactly what you need to do, but cheaper than most convenience stores.
