This Blood Orange Gin is a total standout. The citrus flavor is bold and fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness and tang from the blood orange. This gin is still the best kept secret when it’s on offer. Despite the proliferation of delicious artisan ones, Beefeater is better than many of them and incredibly good value in these hard times. However and this is becoming absurd, the delivery person insisted I show ID. Now I’m 63, grey-haired and disabled with a walking stick?! . Compounded by the fact that the ID most Brits have is their passport or driving license and my passport expired (and frankly post Brexit it’s is far too costly to renew) and I only have a year left on my driving license, where will this leave me? A publican or a shopkeeper uses their intelligence and eyes to assess whether someone is underage and only if in serious doubt looks at some form of ID. I am clearly decrepit but it may well be that I have to stop buying (cheap) alcohol from Amazon:-(

Beefeater is the best gin on the planet .

If you like blood oranges you will love this flavour. For years it was always the standard plain gin then I discovered flavoured and by far this is my favourite, the quality is superb the gin content just right and depending on what you have with your gin, tonic water, lemonade or like me sparkling water you will have a different taste experience. I prefer this brand of gin to Gordon's gin any day.

Happy with product. But the box came all broken even though it had fragile stickers all over it. It was lucky the bottle hadn’t smashed because inside the box the bottle was just wrapped in a thin layer of paper with some scrunched up paper around it. Could have easily shattered.
