DualShock 4 Wireless Controller showed up clean and fully functional; exactly as described. It was clean, no drift, so great value.

Great service

Don’t buy this crap, it worked for one day and now it won’t connect at all, did some research and it’s faulty. Was already connected and won’t re connect. It just sits there and blinks, or will look like it’s charging and then stop. BS for $60 and not able to return it bc SONY says my order number is wrong when it’s not.

Mine came in on 30th of December, I was so happy for it to come in everything works awesome but only one problem. I can't talk to my friends like as if the mic doesn't work, now I have my JBL headset that is brand new and I also have a turtle beach headset as well which also works fine but even that I can't talk to my friends with. I use my other controller and I can talk to my friends with both of my headsets it doesn't make sense at all. Looks like I have to get ANOTHER controller that actually works this time. It's a shame TBH definitely not worth the $70+

If you want a remote that looks good but doesn't work for longer than 10 minute intervals, then this is the right remote for you. If you make the mistake of spending an arm and a leg for it, good luck navigating the run around they give you, as Amazon pawns the responsibility off on Sony, with no further resolution, and Sony fails to provide the correct options for what you need because there's no reason why you should have been directed to the Sony website in the first place, but Amazon returns and customer service suck so there you are, wasting your time and money on Amazon, because they don't give a scrap about the customers that make them money. Should have known better than to shop on this stupid website. The second star was literally only for solid parts. The assembly and parts are solid, the device just doesn't stay connected to the PlayStation during game play. Lucky to get 8 minutes before it freezes up. Light still on but nobody is home, no notification that it's not connected anymore, just completely stops and no buttons function until you restart the PlayStation, but the other controller kept working while this one was frozen so it wasn't the PlayStation having issues.

Es bueno solamente que el mío salió malo de los joysticks pero de a y en fuera es muy buen producto solo es su problema
