Yes. A neutral wire is required for installation. It is not compatible with homes without a neutral wire.

What bulbs are compatible with this dimmer switch?

Compatible with dimmable LED bulbs (max 150W), CFL bulbs (max 150W), and halogen/incandescent bulbs (max 400W). Not compatible with non-dimmable bulbs, smart bulbs, or bulbs with built-in remote controls.

Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant?

Yes. The switch works with Alexa and Google Assistant through the Treatlife APP. Please enable the Treatlife skill before setup. HomeKit is not supported.

Does this switch support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

No. Please make sure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, enter the correct password, and keep the switch close to the router during pairing.
