Great outdoor event tent
We use this tent for outdoor events where we need protection from sun, wind and rain. We love that all 4 sides can be rolled up or used as awnings while keeping the screens shut to keep out insects, or they can be zipped down for warmth or protection from wind. We love this tent! I have set it up by myself, but there are usually 2 of us.

Poor instructions.
The only reason I have rated this at 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions are at best vague and unhelpful.on the upside, by the time you figure it out, you have a pretty good understanding of the how and the why.The product quality seems very good.

I would not buy this again
PROS: well made, very well made. Easy assembly only if you have 3+ people and one to read step by step directions. Best for backyard events or tailgaiting. CONS: difficult to assemble alone. Heavy. Bulky. Screen mesh is so fine air cannot pass through it. It is very hot inside unless you open everything, and then it is no longer a screen house, but a large canopy. I go beach camping. Not for me at all.

Stay away - Thin material
Disclaimer - I did not purchase this from amazon. We have had the Pinnacle Screen tent for 2 years. At first we loved the tent and it would have been a 5 star. FFW to about the 2 yr mark , the front side panel started to shread to the point tht it cannot be used. Needless to say it's a big disappointment and we tried but could not get a replacement piece of fabric from Pinnacle. A $ 300 plus dollar screen tent should hold up more than 2 years. They did give a half hearted good will gesture of replacing it with a demo or returned tent but that is as far as that went, then the pretty much blew me off. I'll replace the fabric on my own and when the top needs replacing I'll figure out how to make my own from a slightly sturdier poly . Dissapointed.update: it started ripping in more placesand is no longer repairable. Money down the drain. The screen room is now in the trash

Very Quick
This is a great product. Goes up in 5-10 min. w/ 2 people. Nice rain fly is included. You can stake out the four flaps in nice weather and have shade all the way around. Close the flaps and add the rain fly if it rains. Nice heavy PVC covered bustle at the bottom edge to stake down and keep out the bugs and critters. We used the long water bottles they sell for keeping your pool covers on. It comes with lots of guy ropes, stakes and aluminum poles.

Some tips on a great tent
I've owned this for about 8 years, and I love it. I've owned several different types of screen tents like this and by far it's the best. I do have a couple of suggestions, though, below. The corner joint, the one under the rain fly corner, is a plastic sort of hinge, and has broken on two separate occasions... but not totally due to the product's fault. The first time was in pretty strong, sustained winds of about 40 mph+... I think almost any similar product would have done the same... my firstup that I use at home would have buckled instantly. The 2nd time was because we left the awning open overnight and it rained a lot more than predicted, almost 1"... the awning doesn't shed water but instead collects it, and eventually it couldn't hold the weight. But they sell the relpacement part for $15 and it takes about 60 seconds to put the new part in. In the mean time I just used gaffer tape to hold the broken joint together and that was fine. So it's a really good design and manufacturer IMHO.Tips:1. Tie a rope from the top corners to a tree, or a stake. This gives a lot more support in high winds. They give you extra tie downs so use them for that.2. Always put the awnings down at night if it's going to rain. Duh!3. When awning is up and it's raining, put an empty soda bottle over a long stick or an adjustable pole, and "wedge" it in the center of the awning, so that's the highest point. So now the rain sheds off the awning... until a little wind comes along, lifting the awning slightly so the stick falls over! But it works pretty well if you're able to attend to it. If there was a grommet in the middle of the awning that would be a great improvement, since you could use an adjustable pole and it would stay fixed better. One other tip... it's pretty hard for one person to assemble, but can be done. The whole key is to lift the center "hub" where all the poles are joined at the roof's center, as the instructions illustrate. So if you tie a rope to that hub and over a branch you can lift it up. There's even a loop on the hub for it, if I remember correctly. But since there are two of us, after we lock the lower legs in place, my girlfriend goes inside and lifts the hub to about 4'-5' or so, while I lock the 4 top poles. Doing it this way, we put it up in 5 minutes total, from the time we open the bag until we're relaxing inside our bug-free tent! All in all, it's awesome, and it's one of my smarter purchases... a little expensive, but well worth the money!

We really like the screen tent a lot
We really like the screen tent a lot. It did arrive with one of the side clips broken but useable so we decided not to do anything about it.This replaces our old screen tent which was identical and we had many good years of use from it. Loved the ability to close it all up in rain.
