Comfy under bra sweat protection
This makes my bras more comfortable to wear! The fabric is soft and it cushions an often harder fabric against my skin. Best part is that it wicks sweat away from my body so I stay cooler and my breasts aren't soaked sweaty and rashy by the end of a long hot day. I imagine this may help my bras wear longer too since it's keeping them cleaner.

Don't go by Band size!
If you're dealing with underboob sweat, these are a game-changer. I moved from a dry climate to a humid one, and as someone who sweats a lot, I needed a better solution. I usually use natural deodorant like Lume under my breasts, but one day I accidentally used regular deodorant and ended up with a painful rash that turned into jock itch. Never again. These pads absorb sweat without feeling wet, are well made, and super comfortable. No issues so far.Sizing tip: Don’t go by your bra band size alone. I wear a 34 and thought I needed a medium, but I actually needed a large (24 inches) because it needs to stretch from armpit to armpit. Too small, and it slips out; too big, and it bunches. Also, it makes your bra fit tighter, so keep that in mind.Fits band sizes 24–42 inches. Outside that range, it may not work for you.

Soft!
Very comfortable to wear under bra after breast surgery but also very thick so they don’t lie flat under bra and bunch up.

These are a must have in summer !
These are a life saver ( and bra saver ) in hot humid weather. Comfortable soft fabric feels good against the skin., and they absorb a ton of sweat and still feel breathable. On very warm muggy day I change these once or twice a day and my bra is dry all day.

Works ok
Works well i just wish there was a clasp buckle button. So way to make it more secure. A way besides stuffing it in you bra and hoping it not slipping hanging out the sides or back.

Air dry only after washing
Absolutely recommend. I’m a big girl and this helps keep my girls from getting a rash especially during hot months. Do not put in dryer. It bunches up. Air dry only

It's Hard to Ignore my "Little Bit More"!
In hot weather OR when the heater is pumping away, I sometimes "GLOW" (perspire - for those who don't speak " "Southern English".). Often this occurs in areas where skin rubs against other skin (think "chub rub".) Annoyingly, these are places that are not easily cooled down by fanning in public. I have unsuccessfully tried various powders/creams etc. These liners work like a charm. Because they are designed for this specific purpose, they are just the right size, shape & density to use (as opposed to clean wash cloths, old cloth diapers or old T-shirt material.). The bamboo fiber is extremely soft & comfortable, the antimicrobial properties really do eliminate odors and they hold their shape after washing (and have snuck into the dryer, although that is not advised) with no adverse effect that I could tell. They DO discreetly prevent chafing, perspiration and odor and leave me feeling much less "wilted" and uncomfortable at the end of an unpleasantly warm day.I like the white/beige/black color assortment - although they would not be visible unless a very sheer blouse was worn. I initially purchased the 3 pack to see if they were effective enough to warrant a second or third package. They definitely were ! Although, ideally, each liner would be worn once and then laundered - I did not have a problem with "airing out" a worn liner over the shower curtain rod overnight and using it again the next day. Now, however; after purchasing several additional sets, I feel more secure knowing I always have several freshly laundered liners in my dresser to choose from after each shower.(I tend to think of bamboo as the stuff old lawn furniture or tiki-torches were made of; and couldn't imagine an item of clothing made with bamboo as being soft. Rest assured that it is soft and remains soft even with frequent laundering.) I suggest that you double check to make sure that any liners you buy contain the bamboo fiber, while it somehow keeps moisture from collecting in the protected area, the liners DO NOT become damp themself.Your comfort is worth the all expenses - go on ahead and try them !

ripped at first washing
Updating because the seam on one of these ripped the first time I washed it (on gentle, in a delicates bag). Disappointing. I guess I'm going back to cutting up microfiber towels to line my bras.--------Pros: these things soak up sweat. I was skeptical and worried they would feel like a saturated sponge against my skin, but they can actually hold rather a lot of moisture away from your body. When you remind the liner is may be slight moist to the touch but pressing it reveals a lot of moisture.Con: how well these fit and whether they stay in place depends entirely on the bra. I've tried them with at least four different styles of sports bras and regular bras and in all but one case then bra liners feel lumpy or slip around. Placement can also change how the bra cups fill (that could be a positive or a negative). The bra that these work best with for me is a cup-style sports bra with lift, so it already does a better-than-average job of reducing sweat and the liner just gives me more time without an unbearably wet band.I might buy these again for specific use on active days but they haven't worked for me as an everyday solution.
