Great service and good product

This item is unbelievable junk. Built with the cheapest of materials, it simply does not work. Save your money and don't bother with this rubbish.

The camera angle it give you is limited. It's a clock, if you mount it too low, it looks out of place, too high and you'll need a ladder to maintain it. The camera itself is only slightly adjustable, but not enough for the view I wanted. It's a tricky setting it up to your phone/tablet, but once you get going it shows a good picture. The only real downside, is the sound quality. There's a huge amount of distortion and you can barely hear any conversation.

Was working fine then camera just stopped working after 13 months, checked it out and micro plug had broke off inside clock so can't ug the lead in and can't use it as a spy camera now, it's just an expensive clock

In terms of presentation, it looks ok. However when it comes to practicality i found some issues1- It comes with a power cable to power the camera which is separate from the two AA batteries needed(you need to buy them separately) for the camera. The cable needs to be connected to an external power source - for product touted for its discrete capability it raises suspicion- this is hardly discreet function it’s advertised with.2- I downloaded the app- set up was straight forward and needs local wifi to work and to Enable remote access. I have attempted to set up remote record function - it works only when you are in tye app- when you navigate away from the app it stops. It’s annoying3- The instruction manual wasn’t user friendly.

First one i bought had a little problem contacted supplyer via email, they were very quick to respond and agreed it was not working as advertised, they sent me a new one that arrived two days later, new clock working well. Thank you for your quick and promt action resolving this matter. Great cutomer service.

Questo è il secondo orologio, prima identica ha funzionato benissimo 4 giorni però, a fatto delle registrazioni stupende! Ma ,,,dopo 4 giorni era off linea sempre poi ,come questo secondo orologio .. gira gira ,per cercare la rete Wi-Fi ma ——niente da fare !! Inutile li rimando tutti due insieme spero che mi lo prende il corriere che oggi dovrebbe venire da me co un altro pacco !
