Good amount of flare for costumes without being ridiculously too wide like the 4 hoop skirts. Only tight waist if you're using the velcro. But that's the whole point of the string/tie waist, so that it fits wide range of waists.

Great budget option for a long midi length, and just adequate for a floor length costume though it comes up a bit short for, say, Victorian costumery IF you are a real fuss budget about authenticity.Not full enough a radius for Civil War /antebellum dress authenticity.Love that it can be recollapsed for ease of storage until the next Dickens Faire or costume ball comes around.

We use this in our Cinderella show and it flopped out Cinderella's dress so much and it was perfect and now we're going to use it for the queen in Jonah and the well the musical and we are so excited to use it because I highly recommend this product it works perfect it ties well it has a velcro in the back and it just stayed together the whole show and we just absolutely love it and we're using it again I may order another one down the road for more shows because of wear and tear you have to be very careful the Cinderella girl that used it put at the tiny little hole in it so it is delicate I will say that it's definitely a delicate material so you must be careful with it but overall it is awesome I think it said once I spent all I don't remember but if it does it really doesn't if it's anybody that's a medium and smaller it does not we tried it on someone with a where's large and it did not fit like it would not Buckle it would not tie so we highly recommend this for someone who is a medium or smaller

Was not true to sizing chart. Size up

A little cheaply made BUT made with quality products. It served its purpose perfectly and was comfortable to wear. Velcro and tie closure. Arrived in a small tiny package and cannot figure out how to twist it back into such a small bag for storage 😂 True to size.

The seller lied saying the item sold by Amazon for me to contact Amazon, then I snapshot that it's sold by the seller and shipped by the Amazon, the seller then said I had to use postal service to return the item for a return when the order was without shipping and handling fee, I had to go to Amazon customer service chat to get fully refunded to the original payment, they put you though too much to return the item, the petticoat looks like a costume clown hoop slip, I got it damaged and was unable to put it back in the Amazon shipping bag once it was opened. It's not worth $16.95, it's more like worth $3, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
