Worked as Advertized
This gauge is probably a bit lower quality than some of the professional versions you can purchase, but for a one-time use for me, it was perfect and allowed me to top off my own AC Unit.

No Nonsense Gauge Set
If you are a DIY'er that needs to troubleshoot and/or recharge you AC -- this is the set for you. Not fancy, it doesn't come with a case, but it works. Will it last for years.. who knows.. Is professional grade - no.. but at this price point it gets the job done.

Simple and functional gauge set
My old gauges started leaking through the gauge faces so I replaced them with these. They work fine so far. All the needed adapters for R134A and can taps

Got the job done
I bought a motorhome and the AC didn't work...blew hot air and the compressor wouldn't kick on. I already had a vacuum pump from a wood stabilizing kit I bought, so I figured an inexpensive gauge set would at least help me do some initial troubleshooting. This did the job, and even let me complete the repair, but not without some frustration. For the vacuum test portion of the project, it worked flawlessly. But when it came time to load the refrigerant, I had two issues. One, it doesn't have a bleed valve, which is needed to purge the air from the yellow line so that you are loading just refrigerant into the system. I worked around this by partially unscrewing the yellow line where it connects to the gauge, but it didn't work very well. The other frustration was that the connections kept loosening. My understanding is that they are only supposed to be hand-tightened, as they use a gasket to establish the seal, and I do have good hand strength. Usually I have to be careful not to over-tighten things. But when loading the refrigerant you have to tip the bottle, and it seemed like any movement of the bottle would either cause the connection at the bottle to loosen or would convey movement through the line and loosen the connection at the gauge end. At the end of the day, I got the refrigerant loaded and the AC works fine, but it wasn't without some difficulty. Probably just a case of getting what you pay for.

Worked great at an affortable price
Very useful in diagnosing a persistent belt squeal that I thought was due to too much pressure in the car air conditioner compressor. The pressure was way too high. Adjusted the pressure and now have cool air without the belt squeal. Well worth the money. Don't trust the "on the can" gauges to refill the air conditioner.

Manifold Cracked
Product quality wasn't great but serviceable until it developed a crack the second time I used it. Had it for less than 1 year.
