Excellent flavor

I lived in the Philippines for ten years and learned to cook with this brand of cane vinegar. The taste is different than apple cider, rice, balsamic, or distilled vinegars that you can typically buy in the U.S. I've bought it from Asian Groceries, but Amazon has it priced the same, so it is easy to order it here.

This is an almost taste neutral vinegar. It's great for marinates, vinaigrettes, and pickling.We've purchased this twice and enjoy it. Yes, it's great for adobos, but it's use is much broader.

Has just the right balance of acidity and isn't tart like a standard vinegar.I'm using it in Vietnamese and Filipinio receipes with great results.

This is very good cane vinegar at a reasonable price.
