Reading very consistent at varying underhood temps
Reads consistent with mechanical gauge and another electrical gauge used for datalogging. No weird readings when it gets hot like the generic 3 bar gm-style unit it replaced. I believe these to be genuine Omni but who knows anymore. Very happy with this sensor so far. Will change review if anything changes.9/24/19 - The sensor seems to work fine for about 10 minutes at a time. Then it pegs to full boost reading/full voltage. After a few minutes it works again, but this was really inconvenient when it left my SD car on the side of the road. Contacted seller to ask if there was anything I should check, but they said they were going to contact the manufacturer. Shortly after that, before I had a chance to respond to the first message, they said they will send a replacement. Will update when new sensor arrives.9/26/19 - Super fast shipping of the replacement sensor directly from the manufacturer. These are 100% legit no question. I probably got a bad sensor the first time, but the quickness with which it was handled and the friendliness of the seller minimized the hassle. The sensor seems to be perfect for my application when it is working properly. Some defects can be expected, and nobody wants it to be them, but it happens. Hoping for better luck with the replacement!9/27/19 - Got the sensor on last night, went for a nice long (1 hour) drive and had zero issues from the sensor. Also drove the car 25 mins to work this morning, no issues. It looks like we can chalk that one up to defective sensor. Not a huge deal, already fixed the problem. Seller and manufacturer were ON IT! Very satisfied with customer service/support of both. Thanks!

Sensor fails quickly.
Purchased this sensor for my 2g dsm, installed it and trailered the car for a tune and some work. Got the car back 4 months later and kept having issues with the car sputtering/shutting down. We checked the logs and found the sensor was not responding. Unit failed in less than 40 miles of operation. Do yourself a favor, research the countless issues these sensors have and buy an Aem unit.

Bad sensor.
I believe I received a bad sensor. 4 bar sensor should not trigger CEL after 32 psi boost.

Detroit Diesel 12.7L 60 series alternative Part
If you're running more than 30 lb of boost on your 60 series Detroit this sensor is a plug and play unit have been on the truck now for a couple months and it's been working fine and the cost is a lot cheaper than buying a Detroit Diesel brand sensor.

Will be running exactly 42 psi of boost so it will be tested well. Buick Grand National at 1200 whp.
I will change from 5 stars if I have issues with this 4 bar map sensor.
