I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this, not being familiar with the company and some of the reviews seeming sketchy. (When I placed my order, this "bottle orange" version was listed on the same page as various other colors/options with more reviews...as I write this, it seems to have been given its own page for some reason.) But when I actually received it, I was very happily surprised at the quality. The things I particularly like about it, versus some of the other similar stainless steel insulated travel mugs are (1) the texture of the painted finish and the dimples embossed in the metal make this MUCH easier to hold than a smooth SS mug; (2) the lid screws on securely instead of just pushing on; and (3) the drinking spout is very comfortable and easy to drink from without dripping. I had a question for the seller about the way the lid functioned (I didn't understand how the inner flap allows the beverage through when you go to drink from it), and they emailed me back within just a few hours with the answer. This mug fits perfectly in the cup holder of my vehicle, and as I type this, I'm 2.5 hours in on the coffee I got this morning and it is still nice and hot. I bought it for coffee and not for cold drinks but I imagine it would do a good job with those as well. I looked at a lot of travel mugs and all in all I am very happy I chose to try this one.I'd also like to mention that the person who gave this one star because they received emails asking for reviews isn't rating the product, but the seller. That review belongs in seller reviews, not here. The mug is really very good. Thus far I haven't received any solicitations for reviews from the seller, but I only ordered it a few days ago. Still, that is pretty standard behavior from marketplace sellers and I don't necessarily look at that as a big negative.

Let's start with the product description.. Say's "will keep drinks hot for at least 12 hours" I poured my coffee at 630am, it is now 1015am, said coffee is luke warm at best!! I gave it two stars because I do like the construction as well as the lid. Does not keep my coffee hot though!!! In addition, the box says something different than the Amazon page!!

Wide Mouth, leak-proof, insulated,good-quality, awesome crack painting. As a bonus, this does not sweat and keeps my water cold for an incredible amount of time! This item arrived on time looks great and keeps hot beverages hot for hours and warm for the whole day. If you have a job that doesn't give a lot of time to drink your coffee all at once this will keep it hot until you get to it. I have already recommended this mug to a friend

From the moment I bless my eyes on these cup , it was love at first sight.This cup keep my tea so hot I have to be very careful when sipping on my tea. I love this stainless steel water bottle. I looked so long and hard for a water bottle that met my expectations, now I finally found it. For a lot less money than I thought I’d have to spend too.This special bottle is double walled so it keeps water icy cold all day. I love that it has a handle on the lid as I often carry it about with one finger. And I love the colorful powder coating, super durable. Oh, it is great. I just ordered my second one for my vacation, I keep this bottle with me every day.
