Calms my Lungs
I really like this inhaler. Of course it isn't an instant fix, you don't just use it once and all of a sudden your mucus is all gone. But anytime I start hacking and whaling, I suck on this puppy for a bit and it really calms my lungs. I feel like it is really working when I get a bit of salty powder taste, but most of the time if just tastes like nothing. In that case I just shake it a little bit to break up some more salt. Love this thing...

Give it a try
I’m not positive how well it could actually work, because it recommends using for up to 15 minutes per day. And my little boy only uses for about 1 minute when he does it. But it does seem to both calm him down and settle his lungs when he uses it. Definitely worth a try. I can feel something happening when I use it, and I don’t have asthma. If you’re into alternative medicine. I definitely say to give it a try.

OVER PRICED SALT SHAKER, don't waste your money or time.
Long time sufferer of COPD, been using it as recommended for a bit over a week now with 0 signs of improvement.I had previously used my nebulizer and diluted the same type of salt into some purified water and it had a far more effective effects.Buy a nebulizer, buy the rock salt, don't buy this ceramic crap.And the nasal inhaler is equally useless if not down right DUMB.

Health and well-being
I have asthma and when I use this in conjunction with my daily inhaler, my lungs and over all well-being, feel so healthy. My ENT told me that she found that people with chronic lung symptoms benefit greatly from using Himalayan salts.

Seems to work
It's well built and comes with a pouch and some salt crystals. Seems to work. Any way, it isn't harming me in any way and I can use it while just sitting there doing nothing in front of the TV.

Not as helpful as I'd hoped
Inhaling salt such as this product was designed for can offer important health benefits. It's just that I, personally, didn't find this very helpful after a few tries. Admitted, I could've tried harder. If you're someone with serious lung issues, this is probably worth a try. Otherwise, maybe not. I will say that I'd much rather do this than use a neti pot!

I can breathe!
OMG! I have asthma and this got me in shape! I was having issues breathing and used this twice for 15 mins and could breathe. I'll use this everyday!

Everyone needs this
I love this product! It’s allergy season and I have moderate asthma and in the few short days I’ve been using it I’ve already noticed a difference. I love that it comes with a storage pouch and plug for the mouth lice so you don’t have to worry about dust getting into the inhaler.
