I used this planner last year and LOVED it; however, the format has changed. The fold-out on the second page of each week is now gone. If the fold annoyed you, rejoice that the week can now be seen all at once. Just know that this change has eliminated the planning sections for weekly materials, events, and to-do items that were located on the back of the fold. Understandably, the period blocks are also now smaller since they've been shrunk to fit two pages instead of three. That being said (without having shopped around for other planners since I simply reordered this one assuming it was the same) this is still well-organized. It's not cutesy if that's your thing, but as an elementary teacher I find it allows me to plan for the numerous blocks in our day while seeing a week at a time.

I honestly love the set up, including the weekly 8 periods. I gave it 4 stars because I can't plan for my noire school year. Even with leaving out winter and spring breaks it is 2 weeks too short. If it included 3 more weekly 8 period planning pages it would have 5 stars....but it doesn't. So I'm stuck planning the last 2 weeks on notebook paper shoved into the back of this book.

The main reason I chose this planner was because the days of the week go left to right and the subjects are top to bottom. The second most important reason I chose this planner was because there were actual pictures of the product so I could see the page orientation. So many of the other planners on this site have no pictures except the outside cover!Thanks for including pics!!

I know this planner is for teachers, but my high school junior son has ordered 1 of these each year since 9th grade, when the teacher that helps those kids who struggle with organizational issues, recommended it to all of her students. He finds it very helpful in keeping track of homework assignments, especially those assignments that can run on for several days or weeks. It has helped him move from a struggling student to an honors roll one! And that truly is no exaggeration. A very well organized lesson planner indeed.

It's a nice product for the price. At first, I was disappointed that dates were not already printed in it but when I was filling in the dates, I realized that I could skip weeks like Spring Break entirely. I think it'll make it easier to breeze through when making notes for future planning. I look forward to using it this school year.

First time I bought this Hardcover 8 period Lesson Plan book days down the side. I've never had a lesson plan book that is hardcover, so I can't wait to see how it holds up to a year going back and forth from home to school for the next 180 days. It also comes with a bookmark to connect to the spiral binding to mark the current week. The inside is similar to other plan books from ELAN. This is my second year using lesson plan books from ELAN.

I use a teacher's planner for college so that I can adequately put all of my classes and assignments in there. This is the best planner I have had thus far! I am glad I purchased it! The only thing I wish is that the boxes were a little bit bigger but otherwise, STUNNING! I bought the imitation wood one. It is beautiful!

Fit around the neck stretches with use. The size is larger than Hanes. I would order one size smaller than usual if you are using Hanes or Fruit of the Loom. Cloth quality seems strong. Colors are fine. Cloth is comfortable on the skin and I am very sensitive to scratchy cloth. Overall It is a keeper.
