High hopes
I bought these with high hopes that they would work well so I didn't have to baste my cross stitch fabric. The velcro system doesn't work vey well. I keep having to tighten and readjust to regain the tautness. I should have returned them but instead I packed them away. I do not recommend these.

Works well for cross stitch
I have several of these in various sizes and I’m happy with them. You’ll also need the frame sides and sticky back hook tape if you don’t already have them. I use them for large cross stitch pictures. Just put the fabric into the scroll frame and then I hook that onto my floor stand. These frames hold the fabric taut and keep it from getting wrinkled.
