How do I change the band?

Release the pin that runs through the existing band... There s proper tool for the task, but you can use a very small flat head screwdriver

I was looking to put this on a new band. I noticed 24mm, is that the width for the pin or the band. so if i got a 24mm pin width band will it work?

theoretically yes, as long as the pin is a standard one.

Ok for the money
