Kindly read this review if you're planning to buy this product.I have been searching for a good quality truly wireless earphones from a pretty long time and that's when I found this.Packaging-*I was impressed by the packaging in which the earphones came.*It had a good case and inside it the earphones and some papers.*Also you'll get extra earbuds to change according to your ear size.*Charging cable is also provided inside the box.Battery*It has fast charging, in which within 1 Hour of charging, you get backup of around 2 hours.*It takes around 1-2 hour from 0 to 100%.*Charging case charges the earbuds for another 3,4 times.* LED indicators are present to display the battery status in the charging case.* There are LED lights on the earbuds too.The Product-*First of all, I must say that I'm really impressed by the build quality of the item, metal would've been cooler though.*Most of my friends couldn't tell if its an earphone.*The charging case is really impressive. It gets charged very fast in an hour and can be used for as long as 15 hours.*The earphones can be used for around 3 hours with one charge and once you keep it in the case, it gets charged again.*Pairing is pretty easy too.Pros:*Ability to use it for calls and no issues with call drops or not being able to be heard (Stereo calls!)* Great volume and Sound balance* Passive noise isolation - Blocks outside noise really well with just the ear plugs* Very comfortable to wear all day* Connect with my android, Apple and Windows devices easily.* There was no lag on latency test.Overall Verdict-If you're someone who loves tech and if these earphones come in your price range, go ahead and order it. Amazing service by Amazon and WeCool. They did a job very well and surprised me. I bought this and used it at random for a few days within the 10-day free return period. Just after the free return window ended, one ear piece started to overheat and it would make a hissing sound and soon it stopped working. I contacted Amazon because it had a 1 year warranty. Amazon raised a request with the Seller WeCool for troubleshooting, who then determined the ear can be returned. Next, Amazon coordinated with the seller and helped get it refunded. The support team I interacted over phone from Amazon deserves a big thanks, they were courteous and very willing to help. The seller 'WeCool' and Amazon were always quick to respond. This is the kind of customer service we expect and they did it very well.About the TWS earbuds, this was my first TWS earphones and the quality, finish and voice clarity was amazing. It was just unfortunate that one ear piece failed. It fits the ear correctly as its small and did not project outward like many other devices I saw. Connect quickly to the phone upon removing from the base. With continuous use for 90 mins on 2 occasions, it still showed 80% battery left (from the phone). It charges automatically when its put back into the base.

Firstly, the sound quality is upto the mark at this price range. Pretty good noise cancellation as well. The mic's pretty robust too. Loud and clear reception even under a helmet.However the downside of this pair overshadows it's positive sides, that being the horrible BT connectivity, both between the primary and the secondary plugs as well as with the phone itself, you literally can't even keep your cell phone in your pockets and listen something without cracks and mutes, and my cell phone's definitely not faulty because i have tried them with multiple handsets and the result is bad everytime. This made me put them on the shelf forever. What's the use of good sound when the BT conn itself is so bad?Moreover the lid of the battery unit is a joke from the start, it was flimsier than a old man's tooth and eventually it broke after a month's use. I generally take good care of my gadgets but couldn't save it.

If manufacturer takes this as positive feedback for product improvement then,- Active Noise Cancellation is required.- The device should have push adjust or bend option as it pops out little bit out of ears due to fixed angle (user cannot adjust it and it looks like sheep ears attached)- Sound output should be improved.Overall good product but the disappointing thing is Noise Cancellation (u cannot hear anything in wind/open area/crowded area)

This Bluetooth earphone is the best of its kind. It is small, comfortable in ear and offers good sound quality. It has good battery backup and bass is also good. I loved the design.

I received it on 30 June 2019.Sound quality is not that good. Very low bass. You will feel disappointed if you are a fan of heavy bass.Am not happy with the product, and while writing the review one ear stopped giving music.You can get the same sound quality on RS 200, add Bluetooth just 500 + charge on the way another Rs 400.Not worth Rs 2800I do not understand the good reviews, either they are from seller or someone with no quality sound experience.It's sound quality is cheapIt's just fourth day, this is a cheap Chinese product.

Worstproduct ever... After using 1 and half mounths .. 1 ear bud not working... And i got warranty ..and get new product but that product not connection very bad product... Pls dont buy.... Its fully bad... Not value for our money...
