I have a hound mix that likes to chase whatever moves. He'll tunnel vision in on his target, chase it till he loses it and when he comes out of his tunnel vision he realizes what he's done and comes home. I have had several collars and this is my first waterproof version, and it doesn't work well at all. I'll use the beep to break him out of his trance and neither it or the vibration work past 50', even on a full charge.

This is an excellent value and does everything we need. We can now walk our coonhound off leash. The sound and vibrate functions are sufficient to get compliance because our precious girl wants to please, but gets a little distracted by smells. It has changed our entire relationship around because she is not nearly so likely to run away.

This product hasn't worked from the beginning. I tried to contact the company for a new collar and they never replied.

This collar lasted a whole three weeks...by the time I went to return it I wasn't able to. I absolutely do not recommend.
