Very Good, if Pricey

Boil these nests for no more than three minutes (for al dente), and they'llhold their shape. Any more time boiling, and they'll come apart and lose theirunique form.

Love this pasta!

Love this pasta! Our grocery store stopped carrying the refrigerated buitoni angel hair and when I read the reviews on DeLallo, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! We love it. It's perfect pasta with no gumminess and no sticking together. The reviews were right.

Pasta arrived in tiny pieces and not in nests.

the product was delivered in a paper bag (see delivery photo 6/3/25) and of course the pasta was all crushed. I have ordered this item before and it came in a cardboard box with no harm to the pasta. I am disappointed because it looks like I have no recourse. NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT.!!

These are an adorable way to serve pasta

I used this "nest" pasta to create a festive Christmas dish. When undercooked slightly, the pasta holds together in its cute nest form so that you can fill it with whatever you wish, cover with a sauce and bake to complete the cooking. Most amazing was that Amazon delivered it with only one or two nests broken out of the 3 packages I ordered. Good job, Amazon!

Pricey, but worth it!

This pasta is a quick, quick heat up in boiling water, drain & eat; did I mention they are Quick…. and made in Italy! (cook about 6 minutes)So Good!
