Cheap junk worth even less than I paid for it.
Absolute garbage. The base does not securely mount to the loop. There are no instructions but if you look at the picture it just "folds over" and clips into the base. Except it doesn't do that very well so it's not really solid or stable. I had to tape mine just to get it to stand up and be "solid". They used to make these with terminals on the the wires, but now to save 3 cents, they just do bare wires. The lead is a bit short, it really could benefit from being longer. Overall does it work? Barely. It functions at a low level. a Lot of noise, a lot of interference. I'd move it further away but it's too short. Hence, one star. Rather than waste time on a return, I'm going to throw it in the garbage and buy a real antenna for outdoor mounting and run a coax cable down to the stereo, them split to AM/FM with a band separator. See solid signal.

Does the trick
Needed an antenna for a stereo receiver. This did the trick sound transmission seems good and cable length is more than enough. Overall a good value buy.

Simple replacement for am antenna
This is the same or comparable to the OEM antennas used for am reception on clock radios that utilize bare wire installation. Keep in mind there is no plug on the end just wires.
