HP Business Desktop D8C46UT Desktop Computer - Intel Core i5 i5-3470 3.20 GHz - Micro Tower

Fast machine! This is a replacement for an office computer (old XP Pro machine with only a gig of memory) and I really like the fact it has Windows 7 Professional loaded and ready to go. This machine is super quiet, has plenty of USB ports (6, USB 2.0) and has plenty of memory to run a lot of business apps at the same time. There is plenty of room for expansion with various cards in the back. The 500gb hard drive, in my opinion, is a little light considering the inexpensive cost of drives these days, so why not load it with a 1tb drive? It comes loaded with 2gb of memory expandable up to 4gb, which will work for most people. You can't go wrong with this machine, it works just like it should and the case itself is pretty sleek looking.

Excellent for a small business. Deployed this for a client & it was an excellent fit at a good price, and has worked flawlessly. Needed to add 4 GB of memory, however. Always a smart move and inexpensive.

Purchased this item expecting USB 3.0 ports in the front however they are all USB 2.0. Had to buy a PCI-e USB 3.0 adapter to get the higher speed USB, adds $18.00 to the cost. Also Windows 8 is not installed comes with Windows 7 Pro and DVDs to upgrade to Windows 8. Really disappointed. Have bought a number of computers and have never had a problem until now.

The computer arrived in good condition and works great. One thing I didn't notice before purchase was that it doesn't have the slots in front for SD cards. I have to use a cord to hook up my camera to the computer to download pictures.

This purchase works much better than I expected. It was packed well and easy to install, and once all the nonsense was removed, it ran very fast. I did install an extra 4GB RAM and a USB PCIe card, so it runs even faster and has 4 extra USB ports. My only disappointment is that the PC did not have a media card connection, but it is a business model PC, so we added a USB media card reader. The onboard Intel graphics are really sharp for what we need and the I5 processor is faster than anything we have had. Overall, a really good deal...

I was so disappointed with this purchase. When I looked into the problems with this computer, I was disappointed to know it was dated years older. I wonder if I received a refurbished computer. Getting to know this computer, I felt it was poor quality, poor features etc. I never did like this this computer at all.

Disappointed in what I thought was an entry level HP desktop but it would not even power on. It is going back as soon as I can get an RMA. I should have not even bothered to take it out of the box.

This came with everything I needed to transfer from an older machine. The price was right and all things are go.
