The media could not be loaded. I have used the product for only three months and it’s already broken. At first I was just going to leave it and maybe buy another one from another company but I thought about it I should let you guys know because we pay hundred something dollars for this pot . we expected it’s really useful because it’s from Amazon. I have been Amazon prime for a very long time and I like their products a lot so I just want to let you guys know this product wasn’t satisfied me like how all the other supplies are. And I don’t know that is it still under warranty or not but it will be nice if you guys will let other people know.

Easy to use, program. Set and forget.

The product broke after 5 uses but because I’m out of the exchange and return window, there was nothing Amazon could do. However after contacting the manufacturer, they were responsive and helpful. Good product when it is in working condition and makes good tasting soups. Size is good to make a lot of soup and easy to clean. No leakage.

So far so good. Easy to use

After I received this product, I cook a porridge with water at level two. When I come back home, it it burned and overflowed. Now it is not working.
