Great Vitamin D3 Supplement for Energy and Immune Support!
I’ve been using the Integrative Therapeutics Vitamin D3 125 mcg (5,000 IU) for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with it! This supplement is easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my overall energy levels and mood. I take it daily as part of my immune support routine, and I feel more balanced and healthier. The high potency of 5,000 IU seems to be exactly what I needed, and I trust the quality of the brand. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to boost their Vitamin D intake, especially during the winter months when it can be harder to get enough from the sun. Highly recommend!

Good Taste and strength
I purchased this because I have an assimilation issue. I need chewable supplements. I prefer chocolate and this works perfectly for me. It is good tasting and works well for me.

Good taste!
My 13 year old son was told to supplement by his pediatrician and he’s very picky with tastes of vitamins/supplements, and he liked them!

Being Healthy
I've been taking this for years as part of my vitamins and supplements! My doctor loves that I'm doing this and I've got auto ship so I never forget to reorder! LOVE IT!!!

Easy to chew
This is a chewable version of Vitamin D3, chocolate flavored, for those who cannot swallow pills. Five thousand units of Vitamin D3 per day meets the requirements of people who need a greater amount than is normally used.

There was a reason...
Edit 06/05/2024: I find this form of D3 problem-free except that about half-way through 90 tablets they seem to become hard to chew. I'm presuming it's due to opening the bottle. I don't open it 90 times, rather pour 5-6 at a time into an Rx container so it isn't necessary to open the primary bottle every day. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this alternative to oil capsules.I'm new to chewable Vitamin D 3. Diagnosed in November 2022, age 80, with a severe pancreatic deficiencyrelated to digesting fats, on my own I decided to see if there was a "dry" form of Vitamin D 3, which is critical to the health of my weakening bones. For years I've taken VD3 oil capsules on my own, not as recommended by a doctor. Hopefully, and I expect it to be so, the tablet form will be as effective as oil in supporting my bone strength.

I'm of the belief that if you have to take vitamins, they should all taste like chocolate.
I started out on doctor's orders taking two a day. But my monthly blood draws reflected a significant elevation in D absorption (because at the same time I changed my diet to healthier eating), so we moved from two a day to one. (These are potent, and if you're considering taking Vitamin D, be sure to talk to your doctor first about the correct dosage for your body.) It's always hard to tell the long term affects. I began taking it because I have a history of bone degeneration in my family, but who knows how much this will help. We only have research and studies to inform us of the benefits others have received, but those studies report some remarkable results. I do know that it has helped decrease my Renaud's symptoms. Although that isn't a recorded benefit, my Dr. feels that Vitamin D3 is to be commended for that relief. In any case, I intend on sticking with this brand in particular because it absorbs well and tastes like chocolate. Can't go wrong with that, eh?
