Its is poorly made ,only used 4 times and it stopped working. Do not buy

The spindle rotation head breaks. Also replacing rotator cleaning parts cause the device to stop working. I would also expect the device to be cordless as it is dependent on it being plugged while in use. The overall experience is poor and I would not recommend this to anyone until 1. It goes cordless and 2. The cleaning rotation parts work consistently.

I’ll tell you right out of the box make sure you read the directions first of all guys. It’s built well, strong as all get out. Comes with four little polishing compound caps and two tubes of this whitening polish or gel. Even comes with one of those funny mouth spreaders so you can actually see and get back in there. Of course beware cause you’re going to drool all over the place.You get 4 tips with it that are angled and also built well all of plastic with the polishing cup.Now to the basics when I pulled it out of the box I could tell it was built well. It is also all electric powered but it does disconnect from the cord. There’s a speed control where it plugs into the wall and the thing has more than enough power. I do mean more than enough.Needless to say I was skeptical there were no other reviews at the time I bought it I thought I was going to have to wait forever because it was third-party shipping but I actually received it in three days. Which was actually unexpected but great that I did. Secondly I thought if it does suck I’ll just return it to Amazon and let them deal with it.I’ll tell you what though I’m very happy with it and I’m glad I paid more money upfront for an awesome well built next to professional as far as I can tell device for polishing at home.Rather than spending $25 here 17 there another $25 and being disappointed with all the battery-operated crapola that’s out there and yes about your only other option so far on Amazon or in the store.Yeah just so you know it to say it again you’re not gonna bog this thing down you’re not going to have to worry about changing the batteries it’s not a throwaway device. It does the job and it does it well plain and simple.I’m very glad I purchased it.

Performs as advertised

The serum you put in the tiny cup flies right out soon as I turn it on. The directions are a single folded piece of paper in 4 point type. I'm old! LOL! The device is built really well. Probably worth what I paid. But it's really not helping me. UPDATE. After 4 weeks that machine won't turn on. Check plugs, nothing. I'm NOT sending it back. I don't want anyone else to get it.

I bought this to eliminate the twice yearly dentist visits for teeth cleaning. This polisher does the job AFTER I used special teeth cleaning stripes and light mouth guard for speedy and amazing cleaning.The polisher 'sprays' water and polishing past all over the place, I hope that will get better over time.2nd review:I had the item replaced because the prophy head broke off. The second Polisher I tried to place the Prophy Angles and even it was in the off position, the inside did not open up at all and there is absolutely no way I can attach the brush.What a headache this thing has caused, plus it doesn't work that good, don't waste your money, it's not worth it.

The top section (prophy angles) spins and prevents any polishing or use. I believe the device is defective. I've contacted Amazon to return this product and was informed I had to return it to Smile Bright Lab as they sent me the polisher. I contacted Smile bright Lab and conducted a live chat with a representative from zendesk who informed me I had to return the polisher to Amazon. Today I spoke with Lori Hall, manager at Smile Bright Lab and was informed they would send me a new polisher. 12/26/19 We received the box - return to sender. I used the address on the label so I don't know why we got this box returned to us. This entire order has been a pain. Amazon says they can not receive the return, that I must send it back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer says it must be returned to Amazon. ??? Does anyone know what's going on?I gave a one star rating for Flavor as I do not like the mint flavor polishing paste.One star for Easy to use because I have not had any luck getting the thing to work; the top section spins and prevents the polisher from polishing anything.Five star for Presentation because the polisher looks like a quality device...just can't use it.

I've purchased other tooth polishers that were less expensive, that stopped working altogether. This one is more powerful, and works wonderfully.
