Installed this printer to 2/17/2023 and after alittle tweeking within the POS software worked perfectly.

Working great out of the box. Cust. svc. staff was very friendly and spoke American English! Bonus! Unfortunately we've been having trouble getting the print driver configurations all set properly to get it to work right with our POS system/ register, but that's not something this vendor has any control over.

Printer quit working less than 2 months after use
This printer is not cheap, and to have it quit working less than 2 months later!! The return policy stands only good for 30 days-and so at this point we just throw away a $200+ printer?!?!

Easy to install and use
I used this for our Square register and it installed itself. Pretty much plug and play.

Good printer, medium level hook up
So it was a bit difficult to set up and get connected with the program I was using, but since I've got it so set up correct, it works and prints like a charm.
