Nozzle too small for cream doughnut filling but ok for jam
This items is made of good quality ssteel however the nozzle is so thin I couldn't use it for cream doughnut filling. If you're making plan jam doughnuts as long as the jam filling is thinned down it's ok.

Très bien, mais à voir selon la crème
Je l'ai utilisé pour faire passer la crème praliné dans mes choux pour faire un Paris Brest. Une fois la crème refroidit ça a très bien fonctionné. Il n'aurait pas fallu que ce soit plus petit autrement ça ne serait pas passer avec cette crème. À voir si avec une crème pâtissière ça n'aurait pas un peu trop coulé.
