Have you had a sore, achy knee throughout your summer training? I started my countdown to my goal races this Fall, and the question of whether or not a brace, strap, or tape will help get me through my race seems to pop up. And so I purchased this on Amazon without any hopes!This supportive device has been beneficial. I have a common knee conditions a stressed IT band. These band- I wrapped around the bottom of my knee (sometimes above the knee) and it applied pressure to the tendon. It spread pressure across a larger area and took stress off of the sore area of the patellar tendon (tendon on the bottom of the knee). When placed above the knee, they function to help reduce stress on the area where the IT Band tends to get tight and create friction around the knee. Another added benefit to a strap is its proprioceptive effect on the knee joint. It provides feedback to the brain to help keep the muscles that support the knee on a heightened level of alert.Overall was the best decision purchasing this. FAST DELIVERY TOO!

Helped for Osgood Schlatter knee issue
Helped my 11-12 year old keep playing soccer with her Osgood Schlatter in her knee. For my daughter playing on turf is the worst so we put this on for every practice and games on turf, even if her knee wasn't hurting at the start time. Helped keep the pain away or at least minimal.

A patella knee strap that works
This is one of the best knee straps I’ve purchased. It is very comfortable and offers the support I need for my knee. So far I’ve not experienced any knee pain while wearing the strap and my knee finishes the exercise with no pain. I highly recommend this strap and will continue to purchase this brand.

Comfortable & Sturdy Knee Straps
The knee straps seem to be made of quality material & are sturdy. The gel filled straps make for great comfort. They were delivered timely. Only having had them a short amount of time, I need more time to really assess their worth. I do, thus far, get some relieve from knee arthritis pain & stiffness.

Doesn't seem to work.
My daughter plays volleyball and has a problem with her knee. The straps seemed to hinder her more than help. She only wore it once and refuses to wear it again. We went back to her regular brace.
