I liked this. 20 secs in microwave is good enough. Relaxing for my eye strain. The heat wont last though, Not 10 mins, Less than 5 mins.

If you value your eyes, do not buy this mask. Its alignment is bizarre; if it touches your left eye, it won’t touch your right eye, which could potentially cause vision issues. Additionally, its heating capacity is disappointing, lasting barely four minutes. Take my advice seriously before making a purchase.

I have purchased this product twice, first for myself and shortly after for a family member. It's the perfect solution for extremely dry eyes and so easy to use. It's so much better than a damp facecloth for ease of use and stays warm for a long time. I often leave it on even after it has cooled down. The eye pads are a little far apart but I lie back, put them in place and relax. I don't use the strap. It was also very happy with how quickly my purchases arrived.

My ophthalmologist told me to put warm compresses on my eyes each day to combat Dry Eye (Posterior Vitreous Detachment Disorder). However, when using warm water and face cloths I spent 1/2 my time with my hands in water which cooled down quickly and the moisture made my hair frizzy. I LOVE the Thermalon Dry Eye Compress. A few seconds in the microwave and it's ready to be applied. There is enough moisture for my eyes, the compress is comfortable and my hair is not affected. It is much more relaxing to rest with the compress over my eyes for a few minutes than to keep wringing out washcloths and have water running down your arms and onto your clothing. I now start my day by closing my eyes and listen to an encouraging message on my smartphone. I would highly recommend this product.

The mask works well. My only negative comment is that you have to wash the whole mask when necessary....and it takes days to dry it. A better mask would have a removable cover that can be laundered and dried quickly.
