SO WEIRD!!!! I nearly gagged from the sensation the first time I used this and the taste is far from desirable. But its pretty amazing to feel that clean spacing between the tight spaces of your teeth after using this. I have permanent retainers behind my teeth which make it even MORE painful, harder and down right an aggravating chore to attempt to floss through these tight spaces. So this is kinda a miracle alternative. The fact though that it says to use it by sucking through your teeth for 15 minutes becomes painful and exhausting. I to this day haven't been able to do it for the full amount of time it lists. Either way though its been interesting to say the least.

Love this stuff! On my first bottle and I can already see the difference with my teeth and gums. Had a dentist appointment the other day and they were impressed that I had no coffee stains (I am a coffee drinker). I even recommended this formula to a friend.

This made me sooooooooooooooooooo sick! Could be that it was working beautifully butafter doing it three times thinking it would get better, it didn't and I just couldn't do it anymore.I was so dizzy each time for hours- I do have some mercury fillings left. I had some removedbut had to stop that too because the teeth/molars I had done was sensitive for one whole year.Eating was torture. So, anyways, I am unsure what it was that made me so dang sick. I keptthis in my mouth for 15 minutes. The taste is not too bad at first but after it making me sickby the third time my stomach turned just smelling it. At least I tried.

Taste is unpleasant with a thicker texture than I expected. Teeth do feel cleaner after using though

Great taste, though I haven't seen any added benefits of using this over coconut oil so far, I will rebuy it to continue testing it over time. I bought it for convenience though so I can just drip some in my mouth without needing a spoon.

I have tried oil pulling with other products and I cannot stand the taste. This one is wonderful! For some reason it is not available or I would buy more. For myself and other people who like the natural way.
