Best peppermint I have ever used for peppermint bark. It made a beautiful candy. I even went back and bought a second bag.

I use these with white chocolate to make Christmas candy. Melt the chocolate, mix in the peppermint, spread on waxed paper lined lined cookie sheets. Don't spread too thickly - you want to be able to break it into pieces easily when it hardens.

Really enjoy them in my coffee.
