My wife loves it great quality, it’s only a half inch but that’s what she wanted.

I read the measurements and I guess I figured a bit larger than it is but it is solid and well polished and looks good.

I'm picky and hard on my jewelry. Cant say enough. Love this pendant. Comes in a cute box, doesn't bend or scratch easily, solid hold and is definitely durable. Shipping always is fast and arrives sooner than expected. Highly recommend!!

Smaller charm than I thought it would be

The charm will not fit on my rope chain. I have multiple charms that I wear on it, but this one will not fit. I wanted to return it, and was in the middle of moving. I lost track of time. I reached out to the company but it says it will take a day and a half to hear back. (I assume “business days”, because I’ve not heard from them) Also the return policy says 30 day from shipment. I know this item was jot shipped the day I purchased it, but am not sure how to find that exact date. The charm is of no use to me, and was a “gift” to myself with a gift card I earned at work. If you have the same shape “K”, but a tiny bit bigger, I would love to swap it out. Otherwise I’d really like to return it for a refund. All original packaging/bags are still together. As soon as it arrived, I was so excited. I immediately went to put it on….and it didn’t even fit!
