Coming from a licensed cosmetologist: I mostly bought this for the wax warmer cause I didn't feel like buying one for $60 locally at my supply shop. The warmer works great! The wax on the other hand, is garbage. It does not grab all the hair even after 2-3 swipes. Invest in real hard (or soft) wax and not this plasticky stuff! Otherwise the warmer does what its supposed to and its a steal of a deal.

Really cute, affordable warmer with really terrible wax. I tried the purple. I tried the blue. It didn’t pick up fine hair, course hair, short or long hair. It did seem to exfoliate nicely, I guess, but I was very unimpressed. The warmer, however, is quick and easy to use. I’ll keep it but find a different brand of wax.UPDATED: The company contacted me in regards to my negative review. They told me they have changed their wax formula to account for the many negative reviews regarding their wax, and asked permission to send me some new wax to test out. The new wax is VERY superior to the stuff I received originally. It's even superior to the Cirepil I bought to replace the original stuff that came with this warmer. I have updated my review to reflect the new wax. Thanks.

 You won’t be disappointed with this product. It’s better than expected, have enough product to last any home user with minimal hair like me a loooooong time !

.This is my first time buying a wax kit, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. If you feel embarrassed to go waxing at the salon or can’t afford the price this product might be a good idea for you. I always have to shave as my hair grow really quickly and also I am too embarrassed to go wax at the salon. However, this waxing has saved my time a lot as works better than shaving and the hair also grows out to be slimmer after few uses. I wasn’t sure if this product will work well or be as good as their reviews said but it did! The product came with the warmer pot, plastic wax beans, and sticks in two sizes for small spot and big spot which is pretty nice. They also give you different types of plastic wax beans that you can use. The warmer can get really warm but you can adjust the heat to the point that you want. They also have the suggestion of heat for the waxing point that will stay nice and warm when you are waxing. The wax also cools off really quickly which save time to wait for it to dry. This product is not only good for women but also for men. One of my guy friends tried this product and he loves the outcome of it. He normally has to shave or trim his facial hair every week now he only use it about every other week. Personally, I feel like it is easier to clean than shaving too. We don’t have to wash the hair out aftershave or make sure there is no hair left behind. For waxing, after we use it we can just throw it in the bin and our hair will not fall off from the wax too. If you didn’t use all of the wax that you put in the pot, you can just leave it there and heat it up whenever you want to use it again. No appointment with the salon need, you can do it whenever you feel like. The pot is also really easy to clean by apply baby oil or cleansing in it and warm it up again then wipe the melted wax beans off.

Did my own eyebrows and upper lip, definitely will be saving money in the long run. Worked perfectly fine not a big mess

Pretty good all-in-one waxing kit, works extremely well. Easy and good to use.Ever since I owned it, it has been a great life helper to me as I'm a bit hairy, feel pretty bad about it, had to get waxed in salon from time to time.No more salon, no more money and time wasting, no more embarrassment. thanks

My daughter was shocked to find out that I grew up using little wax tins that you heated up on the stovetop to wax my eyebrows. This is definitely a step up. Enough wax to use for me and my daughter. The beads that come with this have directions on how much to use depending on the area you are wanting to wax. That was helpful. It heated up quickly and the controls were simple to understand how to use. It comes with beads and more stuff to use with it so you can put it to use right out of the box. The wax beads don’t have a bad smell either. That’s a plus.
