This product is great. The water bag holds a lot of water and is quite heavy. I do worry about long term use of the water bag as it is not as thick as I had hoped. The tub itself was very comfortable, has a drain hole that has a tube connected that allows you to use a bucket for the water to drain as you use it or you may collect it by using the plug. You will need to place water resistant pads under your patient, there is no way not to get the bed wet and get the soap off the base of their neck but that is to be expected. I used an IV pole to hang the water bag, pads on the bed, and a bucket for the drain hose. I totally recommend this product.

Writing a review specifically to comment on the inflation. They send a manual air pump along with the sink. I was pumping for a solid five minutes before I noticed that nothing was happening to the sink. I inflated the sink with an electric pump that I use for inflating air beds (which usually inflate fully in under 5 minutes). Even with the electrical pump it took 10 minutes for the sink to inflate. I don't want to even think about how long it would taken to inflate the sink if I stayed pumping manually. Overall though the sink is comfortable and feels sturdy and it had no leaks. Got the job done. Just invest in an electric pump before buying.

This is the perfect set up. I already had the pole to hang the bag. I use this twice a week and it’s holding up fine.

The basin is terrific. Really helps to wash my daughters hair. Would have been nice to have some kind of instructions tho. The pump to blow it up, is useless. Still glad to have it.

It came with no instructions on how to inflate but it is self explanatory. It has been a purchase that was well worth it. I have a person in leg braces that can not be removed for showering. This has helped us be able to keep them cleaner. Works very well.

Not working as promised. Water leaking everywhere and it collapsed easily.

I dislike this product didn't work well at all for my daughter who is completely disabled. Its not well made for someone who is confined to a bed. Do not waste your money buying it

Our son is severely disabled. Our bathroom setup no longer works for him as he's growing. This is the perfect solution. Makes bath time much less stressful.
