Cleaned my yellow colored vinyl siding SO WELL and SO QUICKLy!
The media could not be loaded. I have yellow-colored vinyl siding, and in reading the reviews, some colored sidings report fading and paint damage. Almost all positive reviews on here have been from white-colored vinyl. My siding is yellow, hence the concern. In being cautious, I first spot tested (solution and rinse) a very small, 8x10 picture-frame size on my vinyl siding. In case there was damage, it would be a very small spot. Waited an hour. It was fine/no fading. So I tested a larger area (1/4 of the wall). Waited a 2 hours for it to dry in the sun and still no fading! The video attached is the test spot of the larger area.I then proceeded ahead with confidence and finished the entire side.Literally, the algae and dirt faded in minutes before my eyes! By the time I got to the other end of the wall with the solution, the other side where I first started was already clear of algae and dirt! For colored vinyls siding like mines, please do spot test first, as every situation may vary. But please don’t feel discouraged—this positive review was with a yellow colored house! My siding has not been painted over to my knowledge, they are the original factory color. Perhaps the damage is happening to sidings that have been painted over?Pros and Con’s below.Pros, what I love about this product:You do not need a pressure washer. You simply just attach it to your water hose. This product was easy to work with and FAST at cleaning (literally within minutes!). It really does look great afterwards.Cons:Ideally you do need a long hose if your outside spigot is not conveniently located on the same side you’re washing. Nozzle must have a jet stream or similar option. The shower option you’d normally use on your nozzle to water your plants will not work. You also may need a ladder to reach up high. Jet stream could not reach the attic height siding of the house.Smells like bleach. Be careful around plants/lawn/open windows/ac units if they are right alongside your house. Cover your flowers & outside ac’s with a tarp or trash bag, and close all windows prior to hosing around those areas. Wear a mask if needed, as the smell could be strong for some folks. For me, only one side of my house needed to be washed down, and it took 2 bottles to do (honestly I could’ve used the 3rd bottle also for a more thorough wash around all the nooks and crannies). I bought the 3 pack. If I did my whole house (entire 4 sides, facia & front steps), I’d have to buy 10-12 bottles in total. Still cheaper than hiring someone to come out to pressure wash the house. I’ve gotten quotes up to $1200 to pressure wash my raised ranch, but buying 10-12 bottles to DIY is not something you can buy on a whim either ($50 for 3 bottles X 4 = 12 bottles is $200).Prevention. How long it will help the siding to stay clean is yet to be determined.

Does what it says. Really works.
This product really does work. I typically use it once a year (sometimes every other year) to remove algae off vinyl siding on the shaded side of my house. Easy to apply with a hose. Spray actually does reach 2 stories. Literally only takes 30 seconds to work. Then rinse. Does what it says and I’m always happy with the results. Also use it on my deck. The only thing to note is you can go thru the product pretty quickly so get the product on as quickly as you can.

It does remove stains on concrete
This product works well if the instructions to apply to a dry surface are followed. It was unnerving though to put it on, let it sit for a while, then rinse only to find that the stains weren't removed. However, after the surface dried, the stains were all gone. It just requires patience.

GET THIS NOW!!
Wow! The before and after speak a thousand words. I forgot to take a picture of the entire wall but i found a picture of a hose holder that i got this same week (you can see the wall behind it). I had little to no leaking, my house is two story house and i was able to clean very high. One bottle lasted me the entire wall. Very easy to use. I did use gloves because this has bleach.

Marginally Effective Product, Problematic Delivery System
I bought two bottles of this along with the hose adapter. My goal was to try to get rid of algae and mildew at our creek front cabin. It’s constantly humid and when it rains, the painted deck surface gets a bit slippery. We have a similar problem at our home with flagstones on our patio, even though it’s not on a creek.I let the product sit on the deck for the recommended five minutes, then scrubbed it a bit with a stiff brush. It was warm, but not hot, and it was barely wet when I got back to the first part I had treated. The algae is definitely reduced, but not gone. I applied what was left in the first bottle on the flagstones at home, and let it sit for the full 15 minutes, then scrubbed and rinsed. I can’t see much improvement on the flagstones, but then that’s one of the problems I have with the delivery system. When you screw the hose adapter onto the bottle, it ratchets in place. If you tip the bottle, it does leak as others have pointed out. There also does not seem to be a way to remove the adapter from the bottle without resorting to destructive methods. That’s a real problem for transporting a partial bottle, but also because there is a second bottle and only one adapter. The other problem I have is that the bottle is opaque and there’s no way to know when it is empty. In fairness, the reason that it did not work on my flagstones may be that there was no easy way to know if when the product ran out. For all I know, I may have just been rinsing some of the flagstones with nearly pure water. I’m going to try undiluted product from the second bottle on one of the flagstones that didn’t respond well. All that being said, for reasons I can’t fully define, this underperformed in my opinion. If you decide to get it, I would not recommend getting the package that includes the hose adapter. A garden pump sprayer might be a better choice in that you know when the product and water you mixed in runs out. As for the product itself, this does not appear to be any different from the many deck washes that are out there. It’s mostly chlorine and soap, which you could mix up yourself (2 gallons warm water, 2 cups of 5-6% bleach, 1/4 cup dish soap). Whether you use commercially available or make your own, don’t leave it on wood surfaces too long, or you will degrade the surface and end up with wood that looks “hairy.“

Yep it works
Like other people, my home decided to grow some green stuff (mold). I did a lot of looking into this, needed something to clean the mold but not hurt my shrubs. Finally decided to give this stuff a go, and worry about shrubs later. It worked killing the mold, it took about 10 minutes to kill the green and hosed off nicely, I also hosed off my shrubs within that same time frame. So far the green is gone and the shrubs are not showing any affect from the solution used
