Oil is a 5star but price is too high in Amazon.
This oil is really good for your heart as it contains a mixture of rice bran and sunflower oil in the ratio of 7:3. But the price on Amazon is really very high. Amazon costs you per litre of this oil around ₹150 but, in local market you get per litre of this oil aound ₹135.

First step to good health
I've been meaning to lead a healthier lifestyle but I've just not been able to do it .. I find tasty food very difficult to stay away from. My aunt told me about this saffola oil gold. She said that if I'm going to have as much fried stuff as I do anyway .. at least I can start with using an oil like this which does not get absorbed as much and also provides good nutrients. I don't know if there have been any drastic health changes, but overall I have been using this oil for 6 months now, and I just feel healthier overall knowing I'm making better choices.
