Honestly, I never go anywhere without a spare one of these. They're addictively nice to hold and I use them for absolutely everything, even when a pen is provided for me. It works really well and writes super smooth, and the tip is really tiny! It comes in handy when writing notes on a flashcard for an exam! Because I use them so often, one pen usually lasts 2-3 months for me, but for you it'll depend on how much you use it. My favorite go-to pen!

Might be my favorite pen to write with. The needle point allows high precision while maintaining very fluid ink flow. I still love my standard EnerGels but these may be just slightly better.

I had been a longtime user of the uniball Vision Exact pens which I loved then could no longer find them. I found this replacement last week (uniball Vision Needle) and it's perfect. The point is sharp (5 micron), ink is dark and flows smoothly and fast, and the cap is better than the Vision Exact (larger with a better snap when closing). I miss the rubber grip toward the point but I wasn't wedded to it - just a nice to have. Great job uniball! These are the only pens I will use for all of my handwriting needs. I love the Micro Point! Smooth ink application and doesn't smear if you let it dry for a few seconds. Amazon has a great price compared to Office Depot!

For years now, I've been a fan of uni-ball's "Vision Exact" needlepoint pens, which are, sadly, no longer made. This is the successor to that line, and it's pretty much the same pen in a slightly different shape, and without the rubber cuff around the grip (which I do miss slightly, but on the other hand the cuff had a tendency to get shredded and discolored after a few weeks of wear and tear). Still a great pen - excellent ink flow, crisp micro-thin lines, virtually smear-proof ink, great for writing or drawing, makes a passable tattoo needle in a pinch, and is of course invaluable for hitting those pesky pinhole "reset" buttons. I'd easily give it five stars except for one troublesome little flaw - I've found the pen caps crack and split really easily. So, in short, a perfectly acceptable substitute for the Vision Exact, but in no way an improvement.

This saga begins long ago when I found a pen on the floor of a lecture hall in college. I used this pen until it's dying day, about a month ago and was very upset thinking I would never be able to find the same one again. Lo and behold, amazon truly has everything. These are my all-time favorite pens and I am grateful to now have a whole box of them! Even if they are a little pricey for pens.

I searched long and hard for a pen that I absolutely love - For reference, everyone who knows me, knows that I’m very picky when it comes to pens I actually like. I bought these, not thinking much of them at the time of purchase but after writing with them.. I haven’t looked back! The lines are fine and a beautiful black that doesn’t fade! If you photocopy a document, the writing with this pen will look like the original on the photocopy! It writes so smooth and evenly. Perfect for writing any size, but if you write small, these will be your best friend! I bring one of these pens with me everywhere. Will be buying more when I inevitably end up losing all of mine 😅

I know, it comes off odd, who case about a pen? But i tend to write quickly and regular pens don’t keep up, catch the paper. And make my terrible hand writing much worse. This flipping pen can take what i give it. It doesn’t easily dry out, lasts a long while, and make my chicken scratch legible.

I bought these because of how fine they are, my only complaint is that the tips do suffer from a little bit of bleeding which can be annoying sometimes, but they are comfortable and glide smoothly.

Not my favorite. I love the vision line but not the needle apparently. Works fine. But ink takes a bit of time to dry. Very thin writing. I missed the needle part when ordering. However pen is exactly as advertised and a good quality.
