This is a pretty utilitarian object. It is what it says it is and does what it is supposed to. The cover is nicely constructed - I don't believe it will rip from it's spiral bindings...ever! It is a thin book, but that's what I expected out of it, thus I gave it five stars for thickness.

Seems good only real problem i have with it is the pages are not so thick so by erasing data i was tearing down the page, maybe need thicker pages

Bought one of these for my geology field camp and it worked great. Though I did have to buy another a few weeks in because it’s is fairly small. Towards the end of its life the cover wore down and it looked like the front was going to tear off. Erasing was not really possible without smudging either, but I only ever did that once or twice- it’s a field book and it works great for fieldwork

Just what we need! We are an Archaeological Consulting company and we use these field books exclusively for our survey recordation. The pages are sturdy, as are the covers, fairly waterproof, and the graph paper lines are helpful for our sketch maps. You can rip out pages when necessary, so we can use the notebook for multiple projects. We alternate between the yellow and the orange cover versions, as they are both very visible out in the field.

Like the cover is durable for field notes and has graph paper onesies and data entry for the other side. Great deal per note book 50 pages x 48 books, probably will never need another note book for the rest of time and existence

Great notebook for surveying, a little too hard to rip pages out but other than that it’s a quality product.
