To describe the true colour of the hair
I liked that it looked like the hair was black with a tint of brown.Was disappointed that the hair was coffee/gold and ig was NO where black

Looks nothing like the picture
The hair pictured on the model is NOT the hair that you will receive. 3 packs is definitely enough for a full install - the ombre color is concentrated at the end and not mixed throughout as it appears in the picture. You can split apart the curl and wear it loose, but the hair is very tangly this way. The twists are about shoulder length.
