It works well
Very happy with this item. It works well it’s comfortable to wear either on your skin or over pants and it’s easy to put on.

Long but perfect.
I like it better than other prevalent types of pull-two-ends-then-velcro types. It's simple, just wrap around your knee and velcro seem to be strong enough, I haven't seen it come undone so far.Yes it's long, longer than probably needed BUT once you wrap the excess around, I think it provides better protection. I mean, it's better than being too short I suppose?

Not like the older version. But still worked.
I have an older version of this band, and it is comfortable and works. I use it for hiking in the Adirondacks and Catskills. Going downhill causes severe pain. Originally it was just my right knee but lately the left has been bothering me. This version is larger, and it just doesn't fit the same. It did work, but I couldn't get it to fit like the older version. Might just need to be broke in?

Works great
Works great for patella tendinitis. This is what you want when a full support is not needed.

New model is way too long
The product works very well for my "loose patellar", but...It would get 4 stars if it would last longer. I need to replace them every 6 months - the Velcro "loops" side is just the fabric material of the strap, and the material / loops "flatten" so that they no longer grip well. Now, it loses another star, because it still says "one size fits most", but this one is 3.5" longer than all the others I've purchased in the past. Here's my email to Mueller support:I'm 5' 10". It's way too long. The material overlaps on both sides, making it 'bulky'.What happened - did you change the design? Why?P.S. My other gripe is: why do I need to buy a new pair every 6 months! The velcro "hooks" are not the problem (as they rarely get "clogged", and I do clean them), rather it's the "fuzzy" (loop) side which is just the plain "material" of the strap. The material "stretches" so that the loops are no longer functional. Is there anything I can do to reconstitute the loops?I see the new model also has a different kind of velcro hooks. Is this less likely to "damage" the loop material? And their reply:The Jumper’s Knee Strap did change, and the new ones are longer. Additionally, we do recommend replacing about every 6 months to ensure maximum performance of the materials. With constant use, the Velcro material does wear out, and what happens is too many of the “loops” are being broken so the “hook” has nothing more to grab onto. When it reaches that point, it has reached the end of its lifespan.

I’ve had 3 different knee strap brands and this one is the Best Knee Strap ever. 👌

Good Velcro
I know so many people that have knee pain on the inside of the knee. If you put this strap under your knee with the firm part touching on the inside, you will know right away if it works or not. It’s immediate if it works

NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL! Not for Fit Women, Teens, Young Children Or Normally Fit Men!
STAPS WAY TOO LONG (See Photo)WILL NOT FIT WOMEN, TEENS, YOUNG CHILDREN's LEGS, OR MEDIUM TO SMALL LEG SIZED MEN!At 6-ft 2-in tall, 186-196 I am 50 yrs old and fit condition with hurdler/sprinter size legs. Straps Overlap Support Area and interfere with the "Tubular Insert" which is what is supposed to apply "Uniform" pressure to tendon below the front of the knee.I neither have skinny/thin NOR large/fat legs at the knee.If you are a pro football athletic lineman or tightend sized Man, or you are a Women who is a 100 meter Olympic short sized type sprinter legs, it might fit, though I fought.Unfortunately, many of these straps on Amazon are similarly sized "One Size Fits All".My 17 year old daughter found a strap with size selections (hers "Medium") which just barely fit me. The brand is "MCDAVID" by Sportmed I can (See photos). For this brace, I was able to just cover all the velcro so it would not rub the back of my leg. It was a little tight initially but stretched out only slightly and now provides perfect pressure to be very effective at eliminating my knee pain while jogging.I looked for this specific McDavid strap 2015-414 RN#102864 on Amazon and it does not appear to be available. My daughter found hers in-store at Walmart. I did not find it on their website either, only One Size Fits all, not the Medium like hers.(FYI - for the photo attached of the Mueller with my knee, I pulled the lower strap up and out so it was visible and not obscured by the outer strap.)
