I have just recently started having problems with the rollers not wanting to roll...but these weren't made to last forever. I have gotten so much use out of it....I was a VPK teacher when I purchased my first one and now am purchasing my second as a second grade teacher.....so it has most certainly gotten a LOT of use! **Q: Can this laminate 11 x 17 size documents?** A: No. It will only do things up to 9 inches wide. **Q: Why is it $30? Don't be afraid to buy an open box product! I paid under $17 for this. What a deal!!! I recommend always running an item through twice (to seal again after cutting). I also recommend using 5ml pouches for durability. You can get inexpensive quality generic pouches (just check the overall reviews) right here on Amazon. There is no need to buy Brand Name pouches!! There really isn't any difference. This is a quality laminator.
