I love this herb and especially the quality that provides this ...
Powerful stuff !!! I love this herb and especially the quality that provides this well-known brand ...Very good for healing tissues and and to limit the inflammatory state in the body ... I use it in synergy with Cordyceps extract & Fo-Ti powder (from IndigoHerbs), OptiMSM (KalaHealth) and Turmeric Curcumin (Nu U) ...Marine Collagen and Omega 3 from wild fishes (from HigherNature) is a good option as well

Does it work?
I recently have had problems with my knees, so was looking at reviews to see if there is anything that will help and found positive reviews for this product also my independent research showed that it could help. It arrived in about 3 weeks time. I have been taking it for three weeks now, I haven't noticed a great difference as yet but I will give it three months before i decide to continue or give up. I think it's well worth trying.

Tastes yuk but as long as it works I was happy to finish the tub. Took on empty tummy twice a day and happy with recovery rate I experienced following shoulder surgery and return to weight lifting

Been using this stuff now for a good while. Keeps my joints supple. My left knee had been playing up for a year or two. All gone now. Will use this stuff long term :)

Good Stuff
This is by far the best powder I have tried to help with aching pains and joints from training at the gym. I no longer ache for days after training and now look forward to each gym training with anticipation and am getting the most from my membership again.

Staple supplement for those who train hard
I find that if I stop taking this stuff, my lower back pain (previously slipped a disc) always returns faster. This keeps my joints lubricated and also assists with fat-loss (I like to imagine!).
